Ted is not here to give a report on the financial records. We will postpone until the next meeting.

There's no new changes in the non-profit status. We really need to look at alternative sites for Darkshore. Konrad and Christine are going to look for alt sites.

Konrad moved to close the meeting. There were no objections.
