BOD Minutes from December 2nd, 2000

Members Present:
Decoy, Scorch, Castings, Melanus

Also Present:
Azero

We want an ambassador/ to go between Sanctuary Hill and WaveHaven. This was discussed last time as well. 3 voted in favor and 0 not in favor for getting one. We may ask Azero to be the ambassador. Will continue this matter at another meeting.
We gotta begin switching parks because Fredrick Street Park is getting beat up. Discussed possible extended stay (just go to there) at Winkle Park for a month or until the rainy season is over. No votes taken, and we will discuss this with the oppresed (populous) on Saturday, 12/9/00.

Checklist of what we need to talk about to the populous:
• Notice about Parks
• Guildmaster of Reeves should field reeve reeves (Garb and stuff)
• Announce a port of call coming up.

Should we do a demo at D&D?
We could do a full on fighting demo. We could hand out flyers. But the change of location, short amount of time, and uncertainty of success outweighed decisive action to say, "nay".
