BOD Minutes from Feb 1st, 2003

Meeting called to order by Konrad

Sanctuary Hill:
Konrad said he will be picking up the records from S.H. on Wed. Christine said that SH can play in parks, but it's a grey area. We have to convince the police, but it seems like a long shot. The question was raised of seekig out police approval in advance. No decision was made.

Josh informed the BOD that Seven Sleeping Dragons has sent us their contract.

We got our tax ID number from the government and also our Articles of Incorporation. The Articles came back with more paperwork to fill out.

The Santa Clara Parks and Rec wants more non-profit info to confirm reservation. If the site can't happen for Darkshore, we can try to get a no-fee site, but it requires insurance.

Konrad moved to close the meeting. There were no objections.
