Voted upon the following new offices:
• President: Ailanthus
• Secretary: Hawk
• Treasurer: Laoric

Sponsorship of Sanctuary Hill discussion
• Set up someone to be a go-between (liason) between lands ?
• Set up a time to figure out if Sanctuary Hill (SH) wants to go under Wavehaven (WH)
• Talk to SH populous about what it would mean to come under WH
• Get SH to sub-group under WH by DarkShore
• If SH wants to sub-group under WH, set up a liason between both lands that is a member of both lands.

Vote on appointing a liason: 4 in favor, 0 opposed.

If SH doesn't go under WH or another Amtgard chapter, they can't use the Amtgard name or any copyrighted material.

Job of liason: no official capacity, acts as go-between, answers questions from SH, "spy", tells WH if elections and quals are run properly.

If SH pays dues, it should go to WH if they're under us ?
• They don't hold events
• Tell them benefits of being dues paid

Check on non-profit status

Check on and get P.O. Box

Open new bank account after mid-reign
