BOD Minutes from Jan 4th, 2003

BOD members in attendance:

Christine offered to walk Ted through an audit of the P.M. finance book.

Sanctuary Hill:
Josh suggested a laison to approach Soquel High about a possible club status and playing on the premisis. Kevin McCartney (Mantis) was suggested. Kevin informed the BOD that Soquel has no interest in allowing it, for safety reasons, and because it conones violent behavior. Josh suggested pulling Shire status and turning it into a fighter practice. Christine suggested keeping them a Shire, but not allowing credits unless they field 5 or more people. Jamie Prochnow (Hawk) asked the difference between freehold and Shire status. Robbie suggested a BOD member being a make-shift P.M. to ease them intot eh idea of record keeping. Josh said we should just wait to see if the land is revived. Christian (Ka'a) was asked to report on Sanc Hill's status. She told the BOD that several member still exist. Konrad requested a waiver from Jamie to photocopy and distribute to Sanc Hill. A vote was called to issue a mild ultimatum about needing 5 people or be a fighter practice, with all in favor.

Konrad brought up the question about who should do the audit of the Book of the Living. Jamie suggested having the GMR do the independant audit. Castings offered to do them as well. Since individual people have questions about their credits, and they wanted someone they could trust, Josh volunteered.

Konrad declared that all BOD meetings will occur on the first Saturday of each month.
