BOD Minutes from Jul 26th, 2003

Meeting called to order

Vote was taken to accept the Seven Sleeping Dragonšs contract to sign under us. All were in favor.

Voted was taken to sign a new contract with Burning Lands, as they have misplaced our current one. All in favor.

Discussed appointing a BOD member to be in charge of coordinating the non-profit work being done by Jamie Prochnow (Hawk) and the prime minister. Ted was nominated. 3 votes for Ted, 0 against, 1 abstain.

Meeting was adjourned.
