BOD Minutes from Jun 28th, 2003

BOD members in attendance:
Logan Young (Azero)

Robbie Starks (Laoric), secretary and champion
Konrad Iwamoto (Scorch), president and monarch
Christine Stender (Ailanthus)
Gia Pemberton (Astriana), prime minister

Konrad called the meeting to order.

Went over the minutes of the last meeting.

Christine asked Gia to get the books ready for Ted to audit. Gia said they will be ready today or tonight. Ted will get the books back to Gia. He will do the audit and have it back next week.

Robbie brought up the prospects of principality. Christine was against it. She felt we didn't have the numbers for Duchy, so we shouldn't get an upgrade. Konrad said we should wait until we have NPO status before we ask Crimson Wood to sign with us. There was general agreement.

Konrad and Christian will go to the sheriff's office to get more info on the rules for SH's ability to play at their old park.

NPO status-We need more accountability from Jamie. We would like a road map for what needs to be done.

• What forms need to be filled out?
• What forms have we filled out already?
• What are the guidelines for the type of NP group we are going to be?
• Specific info on how our books must be kept.
