BOD Minutes from Mar 1st, 2003

BOD members in attendance:

Konrad called the meeting to order.

Sanctuary Hill:
Sanctuary Hill has decided not to hand over their record books, and want to make a go at being a land. We have informed them that unless they can produce a minimim of 5 members, they can not earn credits. or more

Christine asked about non-profit status update. Robbie said he didnšt know of any new updates.

Josh said that SSD has signed the contract and sent it back. Robbie will check the PO Box.

Josh also brought up that our usual Darkshore site is unavailable due to lack of non-profit. Josh asid that he would have Darkshore, even if it lost money.

Logan asked what else we would spend money on, and the consensus was otrher events, publications, and stability.

Robbie suggested raising the price of admission, and attempting to convince people to get dues paid. Josh and Konrad were in favor of it, but Christine did not like the idea of raising the prices.

The financial book showed up, and Gia looked it over to determine how much was in the coffers at this point. The current amount does not include the money set aside for non-profit status, nor does it include the money made from the feast.

Christine mentioned that an audit on the books needed to happen. Ted will be notified that an audit needs to happen.

Konrad asked if there were any other issues.

Konrad called the meeting to a close.
