BOD Minutes from May 17th, 2003

Konrad called the meeting to order.

Jamie needs to give Gia a copy of the EIN.

The last bank card needs to be accounted for. Jamie has it, but since she's not here, we can't do anything about it right now.

We need to get a copy of what California requires of us for NPO to the P.M.

Robbie will get Gia a copy of Excel so she can use the new accounting files the state wants us to use.

Robbie asked how we wanted minutes posted, as Yahoo! gorups doesn't allow attatchments. It was decided that they will be posted in the body of e-mails.

Incoming regents need to be reminded to keep receipts, as some were missing from the last audit.
