BOD Minutes from November 11th, 2000


BOD members in attendance: Konrad Iwamoto, Josh Stender, Pat Cunningham, Christine Randolph

Motion not to ratify any confederacy agreement at this time brought forward by Josh.

Discussion on accepting Sanctuary Hill contract.
Still need Wavehaven contract from Dragonspine to adapt to subgroups.

Discussed the possibility of in future creating an ambassador position to make sure the sub group is doing what it should. Motion to wait for more information before voting on whether to accept Sanctuary Hill as a subgroup by Josh.

Non-profit status Information was lost so we need to restart from the beginning. We need 2 years of financial records to apply, and we only have 15 months.
Vote to wait until the records are complete to pursue.

Bank account Vote to close current because the person on the account is no longer in Amtgard, or available to remove his name.

Pat agreed to look into other banks and accounts.

Park Rotation
Vote to restart rotation for winter so as not to destroy the grass. Every other Saturday will be played at Star of the Sea & Fredrick St. Parks. On wet days we will be at Winkle Farm Park.
